Can I compare two periods of data in the Supplier Insight Report? Yes, you can select two periods of the same size. The percent change in the data will be displayed.
What is an acceptable file format of an externally processed invoice? The supplier's PDF or JPG invoice can be sent to the buyer through ShipServ.
Do the "connectors" in the Integration Store require programming knowledge? No. The "connectors" are ready to use without writing code.
Will the new ShipServ Onboard (SSO) be available in a physical media format, i.e. DVD or USB stick? No. The new ShipServ Onboard digital catalog will be downloaded from shipserv.com and useable offline. Periodic updates will be available.
