When quoting Buyers the pricing bar uses the information from each line item and displays pricing for reference. There are three different types of prices that display in the pricing bar…
The contract price is the agreed price for the buyer you're quoting. To learn more about contract pricing and how to upload your contracts click here.
The list price is your publicly advertised price is visible to all buyers taken directly from your catalogues. To learn more about catalogues, click here.
The last prices quoted display matching line-items you previously quoted for the same buyer, including whether you won or lost at that price helping you maintain a competitive edge.
The quotes returned as last price quoted are based on the data available in the line item, and Shipserv has added an indication on each quote depending on matched data, if the line item is a direct match the returned result will have a high indication, medium quality matches are based on similar quality and low-quality matches are based on matches to the description.
As well as the quality of the returned quote, we also show the current status of the quote, giving you more insight into your previous quotes and informing you if the quote was won, lost or still awaiting buyer input.
