PROCEDURE

  1. Case Identification

  • Click the case and put the status as “In Process”

  • Case Type: Integrated Buyer

  • Case Issue: Import/Export

2. Documentation Mining / Consultation

  • Request client to provide XML files

  • Request IT Ops to provide SRC and XML files

  • Touchbase with Dev team as need requires to validate

3. Advising

  • Relay to buyer client the explanation behind failure to import POC

  • Advise supplier client that Vessel Name and IMO) are mandatory information for processing POC on the buyer side

4. Resolve your case in Salesforce
