Line-item attachments - Here at last!

With this latest release (03 December 2021) you can now upload, classify and attach documents at both the header and line line-item within our Trade application and via your Integration. We've also upgraded our platform to support systems that are integrated with more additional benefits.

In conjunction with this update, we have created a series of supporting articles and documents to help you understand how the feature works and how it can be implemented for integrations

Click here to learn more and follow the below to learn about what else was included in this latest enhancement to our platform.

Classification of Attachments

Classifying your Header and Line-item attachments means that you can identify your attachments as Certificates, Materials Declarations and Photographs (plus many more options) when you upload them. You can then attach these documents at the header level and at a line-item level.

For more information click here to read our help article on Classification

New document library

The new document library, exclusive to the Trade Application, means you can upload and manage your documents for every user within your company account. You can then choose which document to attach to either at the header or at a line-item level. The document library will give suggestions for each line-item based on what line-item it has been previously been attached to to help you quote and confirm orders quicker.
