Meet our team - Board Members
Eric Archambeau
Board Member
Eric is General Partner at Wellington Partners Venture Capital. He has extensive high tech management experience in Silicon Valley and Europe. A French native, he has over 20 years of experience in founding, scaling and investing in disruptive technology companies and in environmentally and socially impactful projects. Eric is widely known for his deep insights and experience in social networking, machine learning, data mining and electronic marketplaces as well as his passion for the food sector. Before Wellington he was at Benchmark Capital and Atlas Venture and prior to that he was a serial entrepreneur.
Linda Ho McAfee
Board Member
Linda was one of the founders and former CEO of iShipExchange, which merged with ShipServ in 2003. She is a Director of Fairmont Shipping and Magsaysay Inc. Prior to joining Fairmont in 1983, she spent six years with Citicorp and Asia Pacific Capital Corporation in New York and Hong Kong respectively.
Frits Van Kempen
Board Member
Frits Van Kempen is a long time member of the Board. Frits brings an extensive Maritime experience to the board across risk management and business development. Frits qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1992, and has held a number of roles in Insurance and investment companies. Frits is also development director at Thomas Miller. In this role, he assists Thomas Miller and its clients with their corporate development activities. Prior to joining Thomas Miller in 2003, Frits worked for one of world’s largest reinsurance companies in Zurich and London.
Henrik Hyldahn
CEO
Henrik was appointed CEO in January 2020. He has extensive experience as an entrepreneur across technology, marine and fast-moving consumer goods - FMCG. He’s a strong believer in adopting technology to simplify the most complex of problems, to bring value to everyone involved. Henrik is a passionate driver of our sustainability.

Mark Wingham
CFO
Mark brings experience from a broad range of financial roles in different sectors across Digital Agencies, Oil Majors and a number of the roles within the Technology Services sector. Mark has played a significant role in ShipServ transformation over the last 4 years, and thus the promotion from Financial Director to CFO in 2022 was a natural development.
