Do we have to redo our profile in the new Search?

No.

All existing profile content will be transferred across to your new profile, so you won’t need to redo anything. However, it is strongly recommended you review your content to ensure it is correct and accurate.

This is particularly important for companies with multiple branches we have grouped into one “Company” profile.
