      PO Downloader

      PODownloader is a tool for customers (Buyers) who only want to download PO's in to their ERP.

      If a buyers system does not have the capability to have a direct integration with ShipServ, but do the trading via Web Buyer and prefer to only have the copy of the PO's sent to their ERP system, they can use the PODownloader tool to get copies of their PO's.


      How it works:

      1. ShipServ will provide a program that requires Microsoft .NET 2.0 or above to run. This can be installed on any computer

      2. The program will call our server via HTTP connection every 10 or 15 mins. The polling time can be configured by the buyer.

      3. The program will download the data of all PO's created in time interval since the last connection.

      4. Each PO will be in an individual csv file. Customers have the option to

        1. Choose what fields they would like to include in the file &

        2. Option to have have multiple POs in one csv file.

      5. The .csv files will be deposited in a folder the customers computer where the program is installed

      6. The customer will need to build a program to import the csv files in their system.
