      MTMLLink-FX Plug-ins

      ShipServ MTMLLink-FX Plugins are used to support partner systems, to enrich the documents before being picked up by MTMLLink-FX.

      ShipServ’s MTMLLink-FX Plug-ins offer standard enhancement for integrations to further extend the capability of the by offering more information to be transferred from partner systems to ShipServ trading suppliers.


      How to install the Plug-ins

      1. Open MTMLLink-FX.

      2. Go to Purchasing Plugin, select Install Plugin

      3. After Plugin installed, select Edit to enter the following

        a. Database DSN:

        b. Database UserID:

        c. Database password:

        d. Click Save when done

      4. The Enhancement feature has been activated as is ready to use. There is no further configuration / setup for the standard enhancement.

      Plug-in enhancements use cases for AMOS:

      1. Subject in AMOS Query and Purchase Order will be exported as Subject in RFQ / PO to ShipServ suppliers

      2. Notes to vendors in AMOS Form will be displayed as Buyer Comments in ShipServ suppliers

      3. Notes to vendors in AMOS Query will be exported as Buyer Comments in selected ShipServ supplier

      4. Terms and Conditions in AMOS Form will displayed in Buyer Terms & Conditions in ShipServ suppliers

      5. Equipment maker name in AMOS items will add into the buyer line item comments to ShipServ suppliers

      6. Item details comments in AMOS will be added to the buyer line item comments to ShipServ suppliers

      7. Specific user configuration parameters will also be added to buyer line item comments in ShipServ suppliers

      8. AMOS item number will be displayed as Vendor Part Number (if exists) or Manufacturer Part Number (if exists) or displayed as AMOS Part Number in ShipServ suppliers Part number
