Transaction Notifications

How to manage your email addresses and what notifications they receive

Registered Trading Email Address


Transaction notifications are email alerts you receive when you are sent RFQs or Orders from a buyer. These reminders are sent to your registered trading email address which can be set within your company profile.

You can double check this is correct or change it by tapping the Settings icon choosing Settings and then tapping Transaction Notification Preferences:


🌟 Note: You need to be logged in as an Admin to make changes to the registered trading email address



Notification Settings

You can change some of the settings for what notifications are being sent to your Trading email account should you want.

This can be done within the Transaction Notifications draw, by ticking the notification type that you want to see and unticking the ones you don't want to receive.

 

⚠️ Note: If you are a Trade Basic customer, you will notice that you cannot change the settings for New RFQs and New purchase orders. This is on purpose because Trade Basic customers can only manage their transactions using email notifications.

Additional Recipients

If you want copies of your transaction notifications to be sent to your colleagues. You can enter additional email addresses into the system.


This is done by clicking Manage cc'd emails


Then you can enter additional recipients email addresses into the drawer on the right, where you can also set what notifications they should receive (just like we saw with the Trading email address earlier in this article.)
