Requisition is not imported in ShipNet

What to check when requisition failed to import in ShipNet. Very common in Anglo Eastern

1) The REQ has been sent to reqs@shipserv.com hence, it should be available in putty.

2) The IMO entered in ShipLink should be the same as the IMO of the vessel registered in ShipNet

3) The Requisition reference number should be unique meaning it has not been used by the same vessel before

4) The REQ has the correct ShipLink license key

5) The REQ has been sent in .rqz format

 

If the above were met, you may consider requesting IT to check if it was downloaded on the client's end and requeue if not.

 

Note: As of this writing there is a known import issue on ShipNet for requisitions with attachment. Ensure you have checked on that before asking for requeue.
