      Upload catalog images

      Related to logo, images, map, thumbnails, and documents uploads for clients in new platform

      Process:

      **For trade clients, catalogs are uploaded by support, AMs, or clients via trade account.


      Steps.

       

      1. Obtain a copy of the images from support/AM (these images are normally zip).

       

      2. Connect to IAZ-PRD-WEB-005 thru WinSCP and check if the images folder of the client is already available.

       

      3. Directory is /ShipServ/pages/profiles/<TNID>/images/. If a client folder is not available, create one then.

       

      4. Upload the images and inform support. Trade syncs every 8PM.

      Note: The supplier profile also contains the following folders. You may receive a similar request for a different type of file upload.
