      Checking supplier/buyer details

      Covers Live and Test accounts in Production for basic putty access of Platform Support.

      Tools:

      putty

       

      Process:

      1. Log in to tango using putty.

       

      2. Using Supplier script will display the TNID and name of the supplier

      As we can see, it displayed all of supplier names and the TNIDs with the keyword ‘kloska’ in it.

       

      3. Same for the buyer, just use buyer command followed by a keyword

       

      4. If you want a quick look for a specific TNID, just key in 'details TNID'.
