To help the ShipServ product team improve on the services and offerings to our customers we are going to introduce a more interactive way for you to contribute ideas towards new and existing functionality.
By opening the link below, you are able to see the product portal which visualises some of the key features either being considered for development, or are actually in the process of being built.
Along the top of the Portal page are the 4 sections of work and is your starting point in looking at ShipServ's roadmap

Under Consideration = Items that we are thinking of developing

Planned = Items that are prepared enough allowing work to begin when ready

Coming Soon = Items in active development

Launched = Items that have been released since early 2021
On each of the sections you will see an array of 'Feature Cards' that refer to an actual or planned feature on the ShipServ roadmap.
🗳️ Vote on your favourite feature
By clicking on a feature card, you can see more information about it AND you can have your say as to how important it is for you and your business to have it. If we collect enough votes for features that are not in development yet, we can begin to build a picture of how to prioritise our future work load.
By clicking on Nice to Have, Important or Critical, you can then provide us with information as to what problem it could help solve for your business.

💡 Share Ideas
We want to hear the ideas from you that you think will help you do your jobs better when using ShipServ. By clicking the + Submit Idea button in the top right of the portal, you can tell us what problem you are facing that you think we could help solve.
✨ Remember to add lots of detail (the more the better) of what the problem you are facing is. We can then use this information to help build a solution to solve your issue.
