New look & feel for Trade Basic customers

Get more value from Trade Basic and see a sneak preview of the features available in Trade Business

Introduction

We have been making even more changes to our Trade platform over here at ShipServ that we hope will increase the benefit to our supplier community.

The next time a Trade Basic customer logs into ShipServ, they will see a transactions option on the main menu that will open the following screen which displays a number of folders on the left, and a short list of transactions in the main screen.


Transactions

The folders allow users to focus attention on a specific document type. For this version, Trade Basic customers can access the All Documents folder only. In order to see the lists of specific document types you will need to upgrade.

The transactions list will be limited to 3 rows only, and you can see a variety of information about the transaction including the current status of the document. Additional fields can be added to the view should you wish by clicking the Fields button in the top right

Upgrading to Trade Business

Upgrading to Trade Business could not be easier, whenever you click a folder, select an additional filter or use the assign owner button you will be prompted to upgrade.
