Accessing help via the ShipServ Intercom

You can access a wealth of knowledge by tapping on the the Intercom logo (blue circle with a white square with a friendly smile in the lower right corner).

In the intercom you can search our help articles, send a message to our support team to initiate a chat session with them, find tutorial videos and provide feedback about our platform.
