The next crucial setup step is registering your admin. The person responsible for your ShipServ account MUST register an Admin.

A user is able to transact in Trade (send quotes and confirm POs) and if allowed by an Admin, can add additional users.

An Admin can do what a user can do, but can also edit the company profile content, can set trading email and other transaction settings, can toggle users between the user and admin roles, can delete users, and can restrict users from adding additional users.
Additional admins and users can also be added.
This video "Registering an Admin" will walk you through onboarding: registering your admin, verifying the admin's email and adding additional users. Details are spelled out below.
To register your Admin, locate the email sent to the trading email address from info@shipserv.com with subject “Action Required: Register now to access ShipServ Trade Basic”. Click the Register an admin button.
In the email (which may vary depending on the origins of how/who invited you), Click the blue button to “register an admin”:

You will be directed to our website. Kindly ascertain that you are using Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari. If you need assistance setting your default browser, visit the Browser Support help article.
When you click the “register an admin” button in the email you will be asked to confirm your authority to be Admin and enter your individual (personal) email (preferably not a group email such as sales@ or info@), name and password.
After completing the registration steps, please check your email for a "Verify your email" message. The final step to complete your user set up is to click the "Verify your email" button.
Congratulations, you are officially registered as an Admin.
