New Feature Roadmap and Enhancement Suggestions

To have full access to vote and suggest new enhancements, please first log in to shipserv.com.

On our roadmap portal, we arranged new features on cards in four tabs across the top of the page based on progression:

• "Under Consideration" tab displays proposed new features

• “Planned” tab displays features that are in preliminary development

• “Coming Soon” features are being developed and

• “Launched” features are already live in ShipServ.com

Your input is super important to us! Many votes on particular feature cards can help us prioritize the development of those features. Voting for the ones that are most important or critical to you lets us know where to channel our efforts.

Clicking on a feature card displays a brief summary of the proposed feature.

Please click on the button indicating how important this feature is to you:

• Nice to have, if this would be cool, convenient or useful,

• Important, if this would solve a major need, or

• Critical, if, without it, you would consider switching to another product.

Below the importance level, type why you need this. Any context you provide will help us make this product better for you.

Your email will be populated if you are logged in. If not, please enter it in the box and click submit to record your vote for the feature. This information is shared directly with our product owners.

Feel free to explore the feature cards in all four tabs.

If you click the “Submit Idea” button in the upper right, you are prompted to type in your idea for an enhancement to our platform as well as selecting the importance level again. Click Submit to send it off to our product owners for consideration.
