Integration store

Integration Store

The ShipServ Integration store is a place where you can browse, configure and manage available integration "connectors".

The integration store consists of the the following sections:

  • Integrations - a page where you can view all available integrations.

  • My Integrations - a page where you can view and manage your configured integrations.

  • Connected Accounts - a page where you can view and manage all your integration system accounts used in your integrations.

What is an application connector?

An application connector is a pre-built, ready to use component that allows you to easily connect your application or system with ShipServ.

Connectors run and live in the cloud within the ShipServ platform. When configured, they act as a middleware that transfers data (e.g., transaction documents, attachments and supporting documents) between any system and ShipServ over the internet.

With connectors, you can:

  • Quickly integrate your applications or systems (e.g., Purchasing, Fleet Management, Accounting) with ShipServ without writing code.

  • Manage and monitor all your integrations anytime online from Trade.

How it works?

  1. Find

Go to the integration store and search for a connector. Scroll to browse the list or use the search box to quickly find any connector by name.

Note: Connectors are named based on the application or system it can integrate with so that you can easily identify which one you will need.

  2. Configure

Setup and provide the information it needs for it to successfully execute what you want it to do.

    • Trigger - defines when your integration should run.

    • Action - defines what you want to happen automatically when the integration runs.

    • Account - the account that will be used to integrate with your system.

    • Other information - all other information needed to successfully integrate with your system.

  3. Start

Click 'Start' to enable the integration.
