MTML connector - sFTP

Step by step guide to set up Order Management integration using the MTML connector.

Upload

Get documents from your MTML OUT folder and upload to ShipServ via sFTP.

 

The OUT folder is where your system exports/places the documents to be uploaded to ShipServ and sent to your Buyers/Suppliers.

Download

Download documents from ShipServ and place it to your MTML IN folder via sFTP.

 

The IN folder is where ShipServ places the documents sent to you by your Buyers/Suppliers to be imported into your system.

How it works

The integration between your system and ShipServ is done by the connector. It will run based on the set schedule and perform the selected action.

To perform the action successfully, it will need to have access to your documents folder which you or your IT Administrator must setup and authorize.

How to setup the integration

Configuring an integration connector is a straightforward and can be easily done by following the steps shown below:

  1. Log in to Trade using your administrator account.

  2. Navigate to "Apps and Automation" > Integrations

     

     

  3. In the "Integrations" tab, choose "MTML connector - sFTP" connector.

     

  4. Click to configure, fill-in the required information and save.

     

  5. Your newly created integration will show up under "My Integrations" tab. Click the "Start" button to start.
