Step by step guide to set up your Danaos Integration
Overview
DANAOS Supply has been conceived to minimize cost through complete supply cycle (supply chain) support, efficient evaluation of requisitions, comparison of quotations, order break up strategies, historic cost references and order follow-up to destination. Productivity is enhanced by the paperless distribution of all produced legal document to suppliers.
With the Danos connector, you can now easily set up an integration with ShipServ.

Upload |
Get documents from your MTML OUT folder and upload to ShipServ via sFTP.
The OUT folder is where your system exports/places the documents to be uploaded to ShipServ and sent to your Buyers/Suppliers. |

Download documents from ShipServ and place it to your MTML IN folder via sFTP.
The IN folder is where ShipServ places the documents sent to you by your Buyers/Suppliers to be imported into your system. |

How does it work?
The integration between Danaos system and the ShipServ platform is done by the connector.
To perform the selected Action, the connector will need to have access to your shared folders which you or your IT Administrator must Authorize.

How to’s
Setup
Configuring an integration connector is a straightforward and can be easily done by following the steps shown below:

Log in to Trade using your administrator account.

Navigate to "Apps and Automation" > Integrations

In the "Integrations" tab, choose chose "Danaos - sFTP" connector

Click to configure, fill-in the required information and save.

Your newly created integration will show up under "My Integrations" tab. Click the "Start" button to start.

Start, Pause or Delete
Control whether you want the connectors to run or pause the connectors if needed by using the Start/Pause buttons.

To Start a connector, click the Start button.

To Pause a connector, click the Stop button.

To Remove a connector, click the Delete button.

View Logs
Go to My Integrations > Click on Details > Click on the Logs tab
