Adding users to your company profile branch as direct contacts
Suppliers with a Premium profile are now able to add contacts to your company profile by selecting them from the list of users linked to your company account.
In order for a user to be a candidate to be shown on the company profile, they must first give their consent. They must click on their initials in the lower left corner, select "Profile settings" and then check the box to give consent to "Allow your organization to display you as a direct contact in Search"

Once consent has been granted, company administrators will then be able to select those users to be displayed by editing the company profile and selecting the Contacts tab. Choosing the "Add Contacts" shows the list of users who have given their consent. Checking the box next to the name will add them to the prior screen and to the Direct Contacts on the branch details in the profile.

At this point you will be able to preview the contact details to be shown. The phone number displayed will default to the user's mobile number (if provided), otherwise it will use the phone number.

Once the contact is listed in the profile settings (as shown above), then the contact will be displayed on the company profile (note: it can take up to 5 minutes for changes to take effect on the profile).
