What email shall I use to create an account?
We highly recommend that you always use a personal professional email address which only you have access to. This ensures that you and your company's data is kept as secure as possible.🔒
What is a user account on ShipServ?
A user account belongs to you. It is an account that only you should have access to.
As a user on ShipServ you can have access to multiple companies with a single set of login credentials. You're also able to configure your account to your own personal preferences.
Why not use a shared email to create a user account?
Shared inboxes are insecure and can easily result in someone having access to something you don't want them to. Personal user accounts can be managed and allow you to maintain a secure network.

Can I still receive my transaction emails to a shared email?
Yes! You can specify a trading email independently of the email you use for your user account from your company profile.
