Scoring system for suppliers and how it is applied
Suppliers who have trade** on the ShipServ in the last 6 months, will receive a score which is represented on the suppliers results with a 5 star scoring system, in increments of 1/2 stars.

That score is calculated and weighted based on several factors:

The % rate in which a supplier responds to buyers RFQs
Note: a response is defined as a supplier either acknowledging, quoting or declining an RFQ -
The competitiveness (win rate) of a supplier

The number of buyers
Suppliers with multiple branches
In the case where the supplier has multiple branches, the score applied is an average of all the trading branches.
Why do some suppliers have no rating?
Suppliers without a score either have no or limited trade (under 5 PO's) recorded on our platform.
