Signing Up for an account
If you already have an account/TNID, skip to next step. If you do not, please reach out to support@shipserv.com to establish a buyer account. You will need to provide essential buyer account information including a trading email which will receive account registration email and trading notifications going forward. Shortly after signing up, the trading email address will receive an email with your unique TradeNet ID including a link to register your Admin.
The Solution level will determine the number of users allowed.
Setting default Browser
For optimum results, Google Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari are the preferred default browsers to be used with ShipServ.com. For guidance, see help article on setting your default Browser.
Accessing help via the ShipServ Intercom
You can access a wealth of knowledge by tapping on the the Intercom logo (blue circle with a white square with a friendly smile in the lower right corner).

In the intercom you can search our help articles, send a message to our support team to initiate a chat session with them, find tutorial videos and provide feedback about our platform. For more details, please review the help article regarding accessing help via the ShipServ Intercom.
Onboarding – registering an admin
The next crucial setup step is registering your admin. The person responsible for your ShipServ account MUST register an Admin. Additional admins and users can also be added. To accomplish this, find the registration email sent to the trading email. Register via the link in the email. Please see the help article/video for registering an admin.
💥Don't forget to click the "Verify your email" button in the subsequent email to complete the registration.
Congratulations, you are officially registered as an Admin. Once you reach this point, you have your TradeNet ID, your Admin is registered, and you have login-access to shipserv.com.
Set Trading options:
As the Admin, you can manage trading settings such as: Default Currency, inquiry message email, allowing users to invite new users to join your team, transaction notifications / choose which alerts to receive and cc emails as well. Trading (Viewing transactions, quoting RFQs and confirming POs) in Trade Business:

Buyer can award a PO for the entire Quote or split the line items into multiple POs to maximize savings.

Advance Shipping Notice (ASN) / Shipments
Opt-in to receive Advance Shipping Notices/Shipment Documents identifying which POs/line items are included in the shipment and what the latest status is, including tracking information. For more information, visit Advance Shipping Notice (ASN) / Shipments.
Order Updates
Opt-in to receive updates on the status of your orders, including tracking information. Select specific suppliers to request updates from or send manually at-will. Supplier can send you updates as appropriate. For more information, visit Order Updates
E-invoicing
Opt-in to receive supplier invoices in Trade:

Suppliers can forward copies of their invoice to streamline the payment process efficiently

Invoices can be for transactions made within or external to ShipServ.
