Update 13 January 2022
"Cancelled" status has now been added to Purchase Orders, this is triggered by an automatic update to the document. See below for more details
Lost Status for RFQs and Quotes
The lost status displays when a transaction has been awarded to another supplier. Some buyers will still allow you to quote.

Available for Trade Business Suppliers only
Lapsed (Late) Statuses for RFQs and Quotes
The lapsed status is a visual status only, to assist you with your transaction management. Don't worry, there's no change to your regular functional capabilities.

Lapsed RFQs display when you don't respond to an RFQ before the quote by date selected by the buyer. An acknowledgement or declining counts as responding.
Lapsed quotes display when a buyer does not follow up and issue a purchase order before the quote validity date.
Overdue (Late) Status for Purchase Orders
Similar to expired, the overdue status is a visual status only. The overdue status is displayed when you don't accept nor confirm an order before the requested delivery date defined by the buyer.
Cancelled Status for Purchase Orders

The cancelled status displays when a Buyer no longer wishes to proceed with an order due to the Supplier not confirming the order in a timely manner. If an order is cancelled the Supplier will receive an email notifying them of the cancellation.
When an order has been cancelled the Supplier will no be able to confirm the order on Trade (the confirm button will be disabled). Integrated suppliers will receive a submission error if attempting to confirm a cancelled order.
