New Document View Refinement

We are listening! We have updated the Document View to make it easier than ever to quote and confirm your orders.

14 July 2022 - In our newest Document View refinement, we removed the header cards at the top and put more of the information where you need it. New POs with variances (differing from the quote) will now have those differences highlighted. See the "Variances as viewed by Suppliers" help article.

Here is a video introducing the new features of the New Document View refinement:

Highlights of the newest document view are:

  1. Header Cards were removed. Information is found in "Header Details" panel to right.

  2. Simple, Single-button Decline, Acknowledge and Quote

3. User-friendly links to the transaction links and PDFs are found in "Related Documents"

4. Easily collapse the Header Details to uncover the line item data. You can make full use of the screen width with a simple click. You can also slide the Header Details back into view by toggling the arrow in the other direction.

5. The Header Details are collapsed by default. You can click the up arrow to collapse the data if you wish.

6. Line-item data and header detail data are selectable so you can easily copy and paste only the data you want to place into your local apps. Even partial text within a cell is selectable.

These Features remain in the Document View:

Configure your line-up for line-items!

You can add and remove fields and even change the order of the columns based upon your own preferences (just drag and drop).

Select all line-item data

highlight and select line items

Select some data with your mouse, or all line item data using Ctrl-A, Ctrl-C to copy and then Ctrl-V to paste in another desired application. That could come in very handy!

Variances

Knowing what has been removed, added or what simply has been changed is paramount to you doing your jobs more effectively. Effective for transactions actioned after July 13, 2022, you can see changes at the header level, and within your line-items, all the way down to the individual cell level. See the "Variances as viewed by Suppliers" help article for more details.
