How to access your account to view transactions and manage your profile

When clicking on the respond link from an invite or transaction email, you might see a screen like this preventing you from logging in. Don't worry, this article will help guide you through your next steps.

 

Note: If you see a blank screen it's likely you'll be using an old and unsupported browser. In this case you will need to update your browser to the latest version. See here for more details and help on how to update your browser.

 

 

When your company doesn't have an admin user

In order to access your transactions an admin in your team will need to create a new user account. The invite will be sent to your transaction email address. Just tap the resend invite button, follow the instructions and create an account in just a few taps!

🚨 Important: The admin will be responsible for your company account with access to billing and subscription information. We suggest using individual professional email addresses, which you have access to, for your user accounts.

 

 

 

 

When you have not been invited to join your company account

If you have not yet been invited to your company's account and try to access a transaction you may see a block screen and won't be able to log in. The most common cause of this is when you have been cc'd as the direct contact on a transaction.

If you don't yet have a personal user account on ShipServ, when invited by a colleague you'll be asked to set one up. Just follow the steps

 

 

 

 

 

Why can't you use your old ShipServ login?
