We are now supporting the ability for a "Cover Image" (as shown below) to be displayed on a suppliers profile. Desktop and mobile versions are supported.
Cover image is a subscription product. To activate and upload a cover image, with Zero, the Product Subscription "Masthead Banner (Cover Image)"
Once applied, the cover images can be uploaded as shown below.
As a minimum, we must upload a Desktop Image. Uploading just a desktop image will then create a mobile image thumbnail.
There is also the option to provide a separate mobile image as well, but this is not mandatory.
Guidance for the suppliers around image creation and size of files can be found here.
Please note on initial upload of the file in Zero, the upload will fail, but on re-try it will work (there is a fix coming for that next week, w/c 8th Feb)
Once uploaded, the images and subscriptions are cached. So any changes would take up to 30 mins to refresh.
In a future release, the uploading of cover images will be made self-service.
