How to recover your account

Are you trying to log in and seeing an error like the one above? There are a number of reasons why you may be unable to log in. Follow the steps below to help resolve your issue.

 

 

 

Step 1: Verify you're using the right credentials

When logging into the ShipServ Network please ensure you're using your new ShipServ user account. Your credentials for the new ShipServ Network are not the same as ones you may have had previously (e.g. SmartSupplier, Old ShipServ, etc…).

Step 2: Reset your password

Step 3: Confirm you verified your account

As the final step when previously creating your account we sent you a verification email. Search your inbox for an email with the subject "Verify your email" and tap on the link to verify your account. Once verified you'll be able to log in.
